All HCCT products sold on Gumroad are digital downloads. Because access is delivered immediately, refunds are only available within 7 calendar days of purchase and are granted at our discretion in cases of technical issues or product defects (e.g. corrupted file, download problems, or material mismatch with the description).
If you experience any issue, please contact hcctbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description; we’ll first try to resolve the problem and may issue a refund if we cannot reasonably fix it. Refunds are not provided for change‑of‑mind after successful download, incorrect product selection, or extensive use of the template or materials.
By purchasing, you agree not to share, resell, or redistribute any HCCT files; all products are for single‑user use only.
