中英文兩份，排版兩次Two languages, two layout jobs

排放量不用你自己按計算機You are not the one doing the arithmetic
輸入 850 公升柴油，系統以排放因子組合 HK-2026.1 中的 2.57082 kgCO2e/litre 計算，得出 2.185 公噸二氧化碳當量，並把因子數值、來源（UK DESNZ／DEFRA GHG Conversion Factors 2025）與計算過程一併留在記錄裏。每筆已儲存的記錄都保留輸入當時所採用的因子，即使日後因子更新亦不會被改寫。Enter a diesel consumption figure and the system applies 2.57082 kgCO2e/litre from factor set HK-2026.1, giving 2.185 tonnes of CO2 equivalent — and keeps the factor value, its source (UK DESNZ/DEFRA GHG Conversion Factors 2025), and the working alongside the entry. Every saved record retains the factor that applied when it was entered, so later factor updates never rewrite history.

「這個數字哪來的？」——你答得出When the reviewer asks “where did this number come from?”
審閱人、銀行、大客的採購問卷，追問的通常不是報告寫得靚不靚，而是每一個數字的出處。所以來源不是附錄，而是做進了產品裏：你輸入用電量，畫面上即時算出的排放量旁邊，就同時列出所採用的因子數值、來源名稱與因子組合版本。你不用另開一份 Excel 去追蹤，也不用在會議上臨時翻文件。Reviewers, banks, and large customers’ procurement questionnaires rarely ask whether the report reads well. They ask where each number came from. So provenance is not an appendix here — it is built into the product: type in your electricity consumption and the live emissions figure appears alongside the factor value used, the name of its source, and the factor set version. No separate spreadsheet to maintain, and nothing to look up mid-meeting.

每個即時計算的排放量下面，都印著所用的因子數值、單位、來源名稱與因子組合版本；連供電區選單本身都寫著該區的因子數值。報告輸出亦會標明所採用的因子組合版本。被問到任何一格，答案就在同一個畫面上。Every live emissions figure is captioned with the factor value, its unit, the name of its source, and the factor set version — and the supply-area dropdown itself prints the factor for each area. The exported report also states which factor set was used. Whichever cell you are asked about, the answer is already on the same screen.
選單裏只有核實過的因子Only verified factors reach the dropdown
核實不到的因子不會出現在選單上，系統亦會拒絕用它去計算。也就是說，你不可能誤選一個來源不明的數值，也不會在報告上簽署一個自己解釋不了的數字。A factor that could not be verified never appears in the dropdown, and the engine refuses to calculate with it. You cannot accidentally pick a value of unknown origin, and you will not sign off a report containing a number you cannot explain.
舊年度的數字不會被追溯改動Past years do not shift underneath you
每一筆輸入都會鎖存當時採用的因子值與版本。日後換用新版因子，去年的報告數字依然對得上原本的報告——年度之間的比較不會因為改了因子而失效。Each entry stores a snapshot of the factor value and version applied when it was entered. Move to a newer factor set later and last year’s figures still reconcile with the report you already issued, so your year-on-year comparison stays intact.
框架措辭保守，決定權留給你Framework wording stays conservative
在 ESG 報告裏，「符合」與「參照」是兩件很不同的事。系統四個框架選項——《環境、社會及管治報告守則》附錄C2、GRI Standards、VSME 標準、英國 SECR——全部只用「參照」或「自願採用」措辭，不會代你聲明報告符合任何標準。那句話該由你和你的審閱人決定。In ESG reporting, “in accordance with” and “with reference to” are very different statements. All four framework options — the ESG Code Appendix C2, GRI Standards, the VSME Standard, and UK SECR — are worded only as reference or voluntary adoption. The system never asserts conformity on your behalf. That sentence belongs to you and your reviewer.

缺甚麼，系統先告訴你Gaps surface before the deadline does
系統按 HK-RULES-2026.1 規則集檢查報告內容，把問題分為關鍵、建議、非必要三級，每項附規則編號及跳轉連結，一按就到對應欄位。只要仍有未解決的關鍵項目，最終版報告不能匯出——草稿則隨時可以。The report is checked against the HK-RULES-2026.1 rule set, with findings graded Critical, Recommended, and Optional. Each carries a rule ID and a jump link straight to the field concerned. While any Critical finding remains unresolved the final report cannot be exported — a draft always can.

同一部電腦，分工與權責分明One computer, with duties and accountability kept apart
四種本機使用者角色：系統管理員、編輯者、人力資源編輯者、檢視者。管理員在系統內建立及管理帳戶，新增、改角色、停用、重設密碼都在同一個畫面完成。Four local user roles: Administrator, Editor, HR Editor, and Viewer. The Administrator creates and manages accounts inside the system — adding, changing roles, disabling, and resetting passwords, all on one screen.
人力資源編輯者只看得到員工欄位——薪酬與工傷數字，不必為了填一欄而向全公司開放。檢視者可讀不可改。The HR Editor sees workforce fields only — remuneration and injury figures need not be opened up to the whole company just to get one section filled in. A Viewer can read but not change.

The Administrator can review it inside the system, filtered by user and by date range. 個人資料保護Personal data protection
ESG 報告的輸入資料包含員工人數、流失率、薪酬結構、工傷記錄——當中部分屬於香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）下的個人資料。The inputs to an ESG report include headcount, turnover, remuneration structure, and workplace injury records — some of which constitute personal data under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
在法律上，資料使用者是你，不是我們。這點必須講清楚，因為它決定了責任怎麼分配。條例的六項保障資料原則約束持有資料的一方；採購這套軟件不會把這個責任轉移給 HCCT Group。我們能做的，是讓軟件的設計盡量減少你要處理的合規面。In law, the data user is you, not us. This needs saying plainly, because it determines how responsibility is allocated. The Ordinance’s six Data Protection Principles bind the party holding the data; purchasing this software does not transfer that responsibility to HCCT Group. What we can do is design the software so there is less compliance surface for you to manage.
保障資料第4原則（資料的保安）要求資料使用者採取一切切實可行的步驟保護個人資料，而條例明文列出須考慮的因素，其中包括「儲存該等資料的地點」及儲存設備所包含的保安措施（私隱專員公署）。這正是本產品採用純本機架構的原因：資料存放地點是你自己的電腦，而不是要你去審查一個外部供應商的資料中心。Data Protection Principle 4 (security of personal data) requires a data user to take all practicable steps to protect personal data, and the Ordinance expressly lists the factors to be considered — among them the location where the data is stored and the security measures of the equipment storing it (Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data). That is precisely why this product uses a local-only architecture: the storage location is your own computer, rather than an external vendor’s data centre you would have to audit.

The software checks for gaps against the HK-RULES-2026.1 rule set and blocks export while any Critical finding remains unresolved, but it does not guarantee that a report satisfies the Listing Rules or other requirements in any particular circumstance. Compliance responsibility rests with the issuer and its board. What the software does is get your data organised, calculated, and formatted, so that the professional’s time goes on judgement rather than layout.

After a hardware change or a system rebuild, email hcctbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and we will reset the licence for you. Before activating the new computer, first uninstall or deactivate the program on the old computer; otherwise the two computers will compete for the licence seat.
日後升級會影響已輸入的資料嗎？Does upgrading affect data I have already entered?
不會。升級是覆蓋安裝：程式檔案被替換，而公司資料、報告、數據、敘述、帳戶密碼及授權檔案全部原地保留。升級不會消耗授權席位，亦不需要重新輸入啟用碼；升級後以原本的帳戶密碼登入即可。系統在需要改動資料庫結構時，會先自動建立一份升級前副本。升級前請自行備份，方法載於《用戶設定指南》第十章。是否升級由你決定 —— 已交付的版本不設使用期限，授權不會過期，我們亦不承諾提供日後版本。No. An upgrade is an install over the top: program files are replaced, while your company particulars, reports, data, narratives, account passwords, and licence file all stay in place. An upgrade does not consume a licence seat and does not require the activation token again; sign in afterwards with your existing account. Where a new version needs to change the database structure, the system writes a pre-upgrade copy first. Take your own backup beforehand — chapter 10 of the User Setup Guide explains how. Whether to upgrade is your decision: the version delivered to you has no time limit, the licence does not expire, and we do not promise future versions.

The activation code is issued after a manual check and is emailed to your payment email address within 24 hours of successful payment, together with the activation steps. While you wait you can install the software and begin entering data; without an activated licence the software still accepts data and previews in full, but no Word or PDF file can be exported or downloaded — neither draft nor final. Exporting is enabled once you activate. If more than 24 hours pass, please check your spam folder first, then email hcctbusiness@gmail.com with your order number.

1. 授權範圍1. Licence scope
付款後，HCCT Group 授予購買方一項非專屬、永久、限一部電腦的授權，供單一法人實體在其內部業務中使用購買當時的產品版本。會計師、公司秘書及其他顧問可使用本產品為自己的客戶製作報告；這不構成向客戶授出軟件的權利。After payment, HCCT Group grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, perpetual, one-computer licence to use the version of the product available at purchase within one legal entity for its internal business. Accountants, company secretarial firms, and other advisers may use the product to prepare reports for their own clients; this does not grant the client any right to the software.

The licence may be transferred once with the business of the purchasing legal entity, for example on a company acquisition, by notifying HCCT Group by email.
2. 支援與換電腦2. Support and changing computers
由購買日起 12 個月內，HCCT Group 以繁體中文或英文透過電郵提供安裝及啟用支援。我們會作合理努力，通常在 3 個工作天內回覆，但不保證特定回覆或解決時間。支援不包括 ESG 顧問意見、代客填寫報告內容、資料輸入、客製化開發、與其他系統整合或培訓課程。For 12 months from purchase, HCCT Group provides installation and activation support by email in Traditional Chinese or English. We use reasonable efforts to reply, normally within three business days, but do not guarantee a response or resolution time. Support does not include ESG advice, completing report content for you, data entry, custom development, integration with other systems, or training courses.
換電腦的授權席位釋放不設期限，亦不另收費；請電郵提供訂單編號。請先解除安裝或停用舊電腦上的程式，才在新電腦啟用，否則兩部電腦會互相爭奪授權席位。Licence-seat release for a change of computer is available without time limit and without an additional charge; email us with the order number. Uninstall or deactivate the program on the old computer before activating the new one, otherwise the two computers will compete for the licence seat.
3. 版本、升級及更新3. Versions, upgrades, and updates
購買所得為購買當時提供的版本及其列明內容。日後版本、新功能、排放因子更新、規則更新或對未來 Windows 版本的支援，均不包含在本次購買中，亦不作承諾。日後的因子更新如有提供，會以更新檔形式提供，恕不保證免費。法規變動，包括香港交易所規則修訂，不構成免費更新的義務。You purchase the version and stated contents available at the time of purchase. Later versions, new features, emission-factor updates, rule updates, and support for future Windows versions are not included in this purchase and are not promised. Any future factor updates that are made available will be supplied as update packages and are not guaranteed to be free of charge. Regulatory change, including amendments to HKEX rules, does not create an obligation to provide a free update.
已交付的版本不設使用期限，授權不會過期，亦不會因日後有新版本發佈而失效或被停用。購買方可無限期繼續使用該版本，是否安裝日後版本由購買方自行決定。The version delivered to you has no time limit. The licence does not expire and does not lapse or become disabled because a later version is released. You may continue using that version indefinitely, and whether to install any later version is your decision.
如購買方選擇安裝 HCCT Group 日後提供的版本，該安裝為覆蓋安裝：程式檔案會被替換，而本機儲存的公司資料、報告、數據、敘述、帳戶及授權檔案會原地保留。升級不會消耗授權席位，亦不需要重新輸入啟用碼。升級前的資料備份屬購買方責任；本條款不構成對升級後資料完整性的保證，第 5 條及第 6 條的責任限制同樣適用。If you choose to install a later version supplied by HCCT Group, that installation is an install over the top: program files are replaced, while the company particulars, reports, data, narratives, accounts, and licence file held on the machine remain in place. An upgrade does not consume a licence seat and does not require the activation token to be entered again. Taking a backup before upgrading is your responsibility; this clause is not a warranty as to data integrity after an upgrade, and the limitations in clauses 5 and 6 apply equally.
4. 停售或停止營運本產品4. Discontinuation or cessation of operation
如 HCCT Group 決定停止銷售或營運本產品，會至少提前 6 個月向已登記客戶的訂單電郵地址發出通知。為避免僅因我們的停售決定而令客戶失去最終版報告匯出能力，HCCT Group 將自行選擇以下其中一項：(a) 繼續維持授權驗證服務運作；或 (b) 向已登記客戶提供一個不需要線上授權驗證的最終版本。If HCCT Group decides to stop selling or operating this product, it will give at least six months notice to the order email address of each registered customer. So that a customer does not lose the ability to export final reports solely because of our discontinuation decision, HCCT Group will choose one of the following: (a) continue to operate the licence-verification service; or (b) provide registered customers with a final version that does not require online licence verification.
本段是 HCCT Group 在停售或停止營運本產品時的全部義務。它不包括新功能、排放因子或規則更新、對未來 Windows 版本的支援、技術支援、培訓、資料遷移或其他持續服務。This paragraph sets out HCCT Group’s entire obligation if it discontinues or ceases operating the product. 5. 資料、私隱及備份5. Data, privacy, and backups
本程式唯一的對外請求是授權驗證，內容只有授權碼與機器識別碼。HCCT Group 不持有、不接觸亦不會收到你的 ESG 資料、報告內容或本機資料庫。因此，如資料遺失、損毀或被覆寫，我們無法為你還原；你須自行備份資料及妥善保管備份。The program only makes one outbound request: licence verification, carrying only the licence code and a machine identifier. HCCT Group does not hold, access, or receive your ESG data, report content, or local database. Consequently, if data is lost, damaged, or overwritten, we cannot restore it for you; you must make and retain your own backups.
6. 產品性質與責任限制6. Product nature and limitation of liability
本產品按現狀提供，是報告製作工具，不是 ESG 顧問、法律、會計或鑒證服務，亦不構成合規保證。你負責資料的準確性、完整性、適用性及最終報告的審閱和提交。排放因子來自 UK DESNZ／DEFRA；其數值及適用性以原始來源為準。The product is provided as is. It is a report-production tool, not ESG advisory, legal, accounting, or assurance services, and it is not a guarantee of compliance. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of your data, and for reviewing and submitting the final report. Emission factors are sourced from UK DESNZ/DEFRA; their values and applicability are subject to the original source.
在法律容許的最大範圍內，HCCT Group 就本產品或本授權所承擔的累計責任，以你就本產品實際已付款項為上限；HCCT Group 不承擔任何間接、附帶、特別、後果性損失或利潤、收入、商譽、資料或商機損失。法律不能排除或限制的責任不受本段影響。To the maximum extent permitted by law, HCCT Group aggregate liability arising from the product or this licence is capped at the amount actually paid by you for the product. This paragraph does not affect liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. 退款、撤銷及拒付7. Refunds, revocation, and chargebacks
數碼下載一經下載不設退款。唯一例外是軟件在符合本頁已列系統要求的環境下無法安裝或啟用，而 HCCT Group 在你通知後 14 日內無法解決；在該情況下會全額退款。退款後授權即時撤銷，你須停止使用並刪除軟件副本。對報告內容不滿意、不懂使用或改變主意，均不構成退款理由。Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded. The only exception is where the software cannot be installed or activated in an environment meeting the system requirements stated on this page, and HCCT Group cannot resolve the issue within 14 days after you notify us; in that case, we will give a full refund. The licence is immediately revoked on refund and you must stop using and delete copies of the software. Dissatisfaction with report content, inability to use the software, or a change of mind are not grounds for a refund.
如付款被拒付、撤銷或退款，授權即時撤銷，惟法律規定的退款或拒付權利不受影響。If payment is charged back, reversed, or refunded, the licence is immediately revoked, without affecting any refund or chargeback right required by law.
8. 管轄法律及法院8. Governing law and courts
本授權受香港特別行政區法律管轄，香港法院對因本授權或本產品引起的爭議具有專屬管轄權，但適用法律規定的不可排除權利不受影響。This licence is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this licence or the product, without affecting non-excludable rights required by applicable law.
